Service Description
This Yoga & Journaling session is an invitation to come back home to yourself—your body, your breath, and your truth. We’ll begin with a grounding yoga flow to release tension, calm the nervous system, and create space in the body. Through mindful movement and conscious breathing, you’ll be guided to soften, arrive fully in the present moment, and reconnect with your inner rhythm. After yoga, we’ll transition into a guided journaling practice. With intentional prompts, you’ll be supported in reflecting, releasing emotional weight, and gaining clarity around what your heart is asking for in this season. This is a safe, judgment-free space to explore your thoughts, emotions, and inner wisdom. Cancellation Policy
A non-refundable deposit is required to secure your session date and time. Cancellation & Rescheduling You may reschedule your session with at least 24 hours notice. Reschedules made with proper notice may transfer the deposit to a new date (one-time transfer). Cancellations or reschedule requests made less than 24 hours before your session will result in forfeiture of the deposit. No-shows will forfeit the deposit and require a new booking deposit to reschedule.
